Becoming a tenant can seem very frightening, especially for the first time.
There's so much to get your head around and get on top off in such a small period of time, but there's nothing to worry about. At Mid Ulster Properties, we try to help make the procedure as straight forward as we can.
We at Mid Ulster Properties provide all tenants with the relevant paperwork, ensuring that their landlord is complying with the government guidelines and regulations.
When you feel the time is right to move house, when your current landlord is selling the house or when you want to move out of home, it can be hard to find a house that suits you and that you are completely happy with.
All our properties are uploaded onto our website and can also be viewed on Propertypal and Property News. So, keep an eye out and don't be afraid to contact our dedicated team in the office to provide you with more information relating to any property.
Once you have found a suitable rental property, you can register your interest with us by calling the office directly on 028 7964 4466 or by completing our online application form. This form needs to be completed and returned to us prior to viewing the rental.
Once there is enough interest in the property, the landlord will be called into the office to have a look at all applications received and choose who is able to view the property from the information you have provided us within your application form. Before viewing the property, the landlord might ask you to provide them with two written references and photographic identification. However, we will be in touch with you regarding this.
After viewing the property and assuming the landlord has chosen you as the most suitable tenant for their property, the next step is handover. The office rental team from Mid Ulster Properties will complete all relevant paperwork for your new property. Once all paperwork has been completed, the property is yours!
